Shark Attack in North Carolina

Two Teens were mauled by sharks in the same stretch of North Carolina beach on Sunday. Both teens were severely hurt and suffered life-threatening injuries.

One of the teens lost her arm and may lose her leg from the terrible shark attack.

About an hour later paramedics responded to another attack just two miles from the first incident. Both teens were air lifted to a local hospital to receive immediate medical attention.

A very unlikely scenario became a reality. The Brunswick County Sheriff’s department will be monitoring the area and swimmers are encouraged to stay out of the water. It is speculated that the sharks may be either tiger or bull sharks.
